Features

End-of-pin lubrication means easy maintenance

All pivot points on the loader have grease fittings that are accessible from the side of the loader to make greasing the loader much easier, ensuring that all grease points are more likely to be serviced. No more searching for grease points that are hard to find. Removing the grease gun from the grease fitting or zerk is not a problem either as sufficient radius has been left to allow the grease gun tip to be rotated to the side for removal from the fitting or zerk.

Quik-Park™ loader mounting system

The H-Series Loaders are designed for easy removal and mounting to and from the tractor without tools.
The parking stand, attached to the front frame of the tractor, is an integral part of the loader during loader operation.
The parking stand lowers into position by moving the joystick to the raised position once the latches are opened. This allows the loader to move to the parked position.

Quik-change attachment carrier

Allows fast, easy removal/mounting of attachments without tools.

Cylinder pins

The cylinder pins are made with a unique offset head design to eliminate cross-pins and cotter pins to retain the pin. Instead, the pin is held in place with a nut, which is very simple to install because it eliminates any alignment issues. The offset head of the pin prevents rotation of the pin and reduces pin wear.

Loader boom

The upper boom section is contoured to match the tractor hood profile for improved operator visibility forward. The lower boom section is tapered and kept close to the front of the tractor for improved maneuverability. Maximum durability is provided when the two boom halves are welded together because the upper boom section overlaps the lower boom section providing additional strength in the knee area.

  • Torque tube connection on boom arms provides strength and rigidity
  • Hydraulic lines and hoses are mounted on the inside of the boom for protection from possible damage
  • Bucket linkage improves rollback power and improves working angles on the loader

Loader cylinders

Boom and bucket cylinders are designed to match tractor hydraulics, resulting in productive cycle times.
Cylinder rod features a nitride (black) rod that results in improved corrosion resistance versus a standard chromed cylinder rod.

Loader latch

The loader latches are opened or closed for parking or mounting the loader.  Down pressure applied to the loader with the bucket slightly dumped will allow the latches to be opened so the parking stands will then move into place to park the loader. The latches are adjustable to minimize wear on the mast to mounting frame connection. This same adjustment will allow the loader to be locked onto the tractor to prevent the parking of the loader. A secondary tab indicates when the latches are closed.

Loader mast

A casting is used to manufacture the mast versus a welded steel structure because this enables the unique shape to provide improve visibility forward along the tractor.

Bucket level indicator

The bucket level indicator assists the operator to determine the attachment position at ground level.

It is adjustable to indicate level position for different attachments such as pallet forks and buckets.

The indicator is adjusted to have the bend of the rod rest in the bracket when the attachment is level at ground.

Mounting frame

The mounting frames are a round tube design that bolt to the tractor chassis.

These mounting frames can be left on the tractor during operations other than loader work, as they do not impede operator visibility or tractor function.
